Bellevue

The quiet and quaint Nashville suburb of Bellevue is located about 20 minutes southwest of downtown. As one of Nashville's more affordable areas, this community boasts a relaxed and laid-back vibe. Sure, it's an area of town where life moves a little slower, but there's no shortage of activities -- especially of the outdoor kind. That makes it a desirable place for those who want to enjoy nature and still remain within a short drive from the big city.

Nature lovers especially flock to this neighborhood for its bounty of outdoor activities. Indeed, both Percy Warner Park and Edwin Warner Park feature miles of paved and unpaved trails built for hikers, cyclists, runners or anyone who simply wants to sit and enjoy the outdoors. Bellevue is also the access point for the Natchez Trace Parkway, a multi-state U.S. national park that runs all the way down to Natchez Trace, Mississippi.

In addition to outdoor attractions, Bellevue features retail space, established restaurants and local nightlife. It's also close to the many attractions of Belle Meade and Sylvan Park.

For well over a decade, this area has grown in population and in development. In addition to condos and townhomes, prospective buyers shopping in the area will find ranch homes and modern houses in established neighborhoods.
